Founded in 2021 by resident Scott Jampol, Sausalito Liquor Co. is an award-winning company that celebrates the storytellers, poets, musicians and distinctive characters that embody the nature of Sausalito. The easy-sipping spirits include a bourbon finished in California cabernet sauvignon barrels, a rye whiskey aged in port wine casks and a gin that’s crafted with Albanian and Italian juniper, locally foraged nori seaweed and a vibrant blend of botanicals.
In late 2024, the team introduced Unsinkable Chocolate Liqueur, a boozy collaboration with Berkeley’s craft chocolate maker TCHO.
