Inverness residents and co-founders Bianka Alloyn and Sabreen Naimah source their small batch roasted, single origin coffees directly from farms owned or run by women and their families in Guatemala, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, El Salvador and Honduras and make a point to credit all hands involved, from the farmers and farm managers to the pickers and mill managers, in an effort to promote fair wages and treatment.
