Founded by Novato resident Alberto Lataliste, Zonda Fine Meats brings a European-style butcher experience to Old Corte Madera Square. The shop, which opened in March 2025, features high-quality beef from Southern California, the Midwest and Argentina, along with Mary’s chicken and Idaho pork. You’ll also find sausages, sandwiches, handmade empanadas, cold cuts, frozen seafood and pantry items.
