Founder and Tam Valley resident Stacie Glynn had long sought a creative outlet that blended her passion for culture and community. She found it with the launch of her pink coffee trailer in October 2024, now a fixture in Tam Junction.
Fresh coffee beans arrive daily from Lady Falcon Coffee Club, a boutique San Francisco roaster founded by master roaster Buffy Maguire. The menu also features Breakaway Matcha or Chai Baba Chai, and pastries from chef Alex Tishman of Novato-based Fire Swamp Provisions.
Whether grabbing a coffee to-go or pausing for conversation, the soft pink kiosk, slatted wood seating alcove and thoughtful design touches create a welcoming stop for a meticulously brewed, deeply flavorful cup.
