The beloved Tony Tutto’s Pizza has entered a new chapter under the ownership of Lacey Sher who has taken over from founder Greg “Tony” Digiovine who passed away in July, 2024. Known for his passion and unique pizza recipes, Tony built a loyal following that began in Mill Valley in 2008. Lacey who grew up in Ross Valley is dedicated to the restaurant’s mission and committed to honoring the traditions and love that define Tony Tutto’s. She brings her experience as a chef and former owner of Oakland’s Encuentro and a deep appreciation for seasonal, nourishing cuisine in imaginative pizzas studded with a colorful array of ingredients fresh from the farmers market.
