Renzo and Crystal Azzarello of neighboring restaurant Luna Blu and their sous chef Selvin Vicente assumed ownership of Tiburon Tavern in 2021. The menu highlights seasonal, farmer’s market ingredients. The clubby interior with dining room, lounge and bar has a mid-century vibe with rustic arts and crafts overtones and polished concrete floors that add a contemporary element. Tables and couches on the expansive patio are warmed with fire pits and heat lamps.
