Tam Tavern brings new life to the former Floodwater space through a partnership between restaurateur Bill Higgins (Buckeye Roadhouse, Bungalow 44, Corner Bar) and East Brother Beer Co., based in Richmond and founded by two Mill Valley residents.
The taproom pairs elevated pub fare from consulting chef Michael Siegel (Corner Bar, Playa) with a lineup of award-winning, classic-style craft beers plus cocktails and wine. A spacious outdoor beer garden with fire pits, a 30-seat bar, multiple television screens, a game room and the preserved Leather Lounge make it a versatile spot for families, sports fans and private gatherings.
