Marin resident Monica Chang has taken her healthy and flavor-forward pantry products to the next level at this small, pristinely whitewashed cafe just west of the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge where she not only houses her wholesale kimchi operation but also serves banh mi sandwiches, rice bowls, bi bim bap and morning fare.
