Marco’s Gastronomia

Marco’s Gastronomia brings an authentic Italian deli approach to downtown San Anselmo, led by chef and owner Marco Franceschini, a San Anselmo resident and former long time operator of Trattoria Fresco in Ross. The menu centers on made-to-order sandwiches built on house-baked focaccia and layered with imported meats, cheeses and condiments. Roman-style pinsa, fresh salads, prepared veggies and classic Italian desserts round out the offerings, and the small retail section stocks pantry items sourced entirely from Italy.
