Mable’s, located within the Lodge at Marconi in Marshall’s Marconi State Historic Park, offers a Mediterranean-inspired dining experience from executive chef Les Goodman that highlights regional and seasonal ingredients. The 100-seat restaurant includes a wraparound patio and a mid-century-inspired interior designed to reflect the natural beauty of Northern California. Complementing the menu is a full bar with creative takes on classic cocktails, as well as a wine list that supports boutique, family-owned California wineries practicing organic and biodynamic methods.
