Maria Dolores Perdomo, or Lola, was raised in Jalisco, Mexico but has been in Tiburon since the early 1990s working in various capacities including a cook at Guaymas and a barista at Caffé Acri.
With the help of her family, she opened the little taqueria on Ark Row in 2018 that sits behind a white picket fence with a patio, cooking made-to-order, soul-satisfying recipes that she’s perfected over the years feeding her five children.
