Patrick Ascaso recreated the boulangerie of his childhood in Arpajon, France when he opened his first Le Marais Bakery in San Francisco in 2013. The family-owned bistro and bakery now has three San Francisco locations and one in Mill Valley. A fourth, Buvette de Marais, opens in early 2024 in Larkspur where Patrick and his executive chef Emmanuel Pradet are creating a menu featuring their favorite French dishes paired with a curated list of uncommon regional French wines.
