Chef Elena Fabbri, formerly of Osteria Divino in Sausalito, brings the coastal cuisine of her hometown of Forte dei Marmi, Italy to a freshly whitewashed storefront space in downtown Fairfax, sourcing ingredients from the San Rafael farmer’s market in her daily changing menu including house-made pastas, focaccia sandwiches and lively brunch and dinner dishes. She and her husband, Gustavo Mutul, also operate Pibil Marin at the Thursday and Sunday Marin Farmers Market in San Rafael.
