There was little doubt that a Mill Valley dining establishment affiliated with Bill Higgins, the local restaurateur behind such Marin mainstays as Buckeye Roadhouse, Bungalow 44, Picco, Pizzeria Picco, Bar Bocce and Playa, would be a draw when it opened in late 2019.
