Restaurateur Borhen Hammami and his wife, Afag, are planning a summer reveal of Feerma, their modern North African and Mediterranean restaurant in downtown Larkspur. While construction is underway, they’re introducing themselves to the community with Feerma Love, a daytime coffee cart serving Land and Water Coffee espresso drinks, juice blends and pastries from Oakland’s Tarts de Feybesse.
