Fairfax Brewing Co. is bringing a fresh, community-driven gastropub experience to the former Iron Springs Pub & Brewery space.
Alongside a revamped menu by chef Dan McGarry, the brewery revives a 25-year-old tradition with brewmaster Larry Berlin, featuring classic beers like Repack Red and Sleeping Lady IPA.
Backed by 38 local investors, the space offers a refreshed interior with a mix of high tables, booths, a game room and a dog-friendly parklet.
