Co-founded by hospitality veteran Pat Townsley, it’s known for its meticulously crafted pizzas, made from naturally fermented dough that rests for over 24 hours before baking.
The menu extends beyond its signature pies with hearty salads, sandwiches, pastas and apps. Behind the bar, a 40-tap copper draft wall pours rotating craft beers, hard ciders, kombucha and root beer, alongside a curated selection of California wines by the glass and bottle.
